To help us continue delivering awesome customer experiences we are looking for six part-time Customer Experience Representatives on a 6 month, fixed term contract, working 20 hours per week. What we're looking for from you is: Ideally 2 years experience using Trade Me would be great but it's not a deal breaker - if you have the right attitude we can teach you what you need to know. A proven team player who proactively assists other team members, shares ideas, and contributes to goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - customer empathy will also come naturally. The ability to confidently help assist our customers by making outbound phone calls when required. Hunger to investigate, resolve and respond to customer support enquiries - you'll have a real knack for problem-solving and a natural desire to go above and beyond. Familiar and confident working with technology with the ability to navigate between multiple systems. If you're successful, you'll start with us on Monday, 18th November where you'll be required to attend two weeks of in-office, full time training (40 hours per week). The training period will be from Mon, 18th November - Fri, 29 November. Your part time hours will commence on the week of Mon, 2 December. You'll be required to work through the Christmas holiday period, including public holidays within your shift pattern, with the exception of Christmas and New Years day when we're closed.
