We have an opening for an outstanding professional to join ASB's Lend and Protect (L&P) Tribe. As part of the Home Loan & Insurance propositions workstream, you will deliver innovative experiences and propositions for our customers that help them achieve their home ownership goals.
As a Customer Experience Owner (CXO), and key member of the workstream's Leadership team you will lead squad(s) to deliver new customer propositions, optimise process and policy, and assess innovation opportunities to support the wider workstream.
You will be responsible for your squad outputs, guiding your team to deliver outcomes through a focus on business impact and customer outcomes, shifting away from how we do things today and focusing on the future. You will work closely with Personal and Business Bank stakeholders, ASB's lending transformation programmes, and other CXO's in the workstream and wider tribe.

You'll offer extensive experience in financial services and customer experience delivery, bringing your insights and innovation mindset to enable delivery winning customer propositions. You are someone who can adopt a strategic view, enable others to share a vision for the future, and balance delivering new experiences with maintaining existing experiences.
You are articulate and know how to provide clarity so others are clear about the work that needs to be delivered, and are empowered to do it. You'll be excellent at collaborating with other teams to deliver value in a larger programme.
Managing risk and delivering value are key to this role's success: You are results driven and have experience measuring value against business metrics. A solid understanding of risk will ensure delivery and risk management is adhered to.
