As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Experience & Delivery Specialist (B2B) to join our team.
This role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand.Position Overview:The Customer Experience & Delivery Specialist (B2B) will be responsible for providing Best in Class, high quality customer service by acting as the contact point for our retail customers.Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:Provide a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and grow positive relationships with our retail customer baseProactive order management, investigations, and escalationProcessing of customer orders in timely and efficient mannerOverseeing daily delivery and pick ups for customer ordersProven ability to work autonomously while also collaborating positively within a team environmentWork closely with our sales reps and warehouse teamGeneral administration duties as requiredExperience:Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service operation with a similar scope and scale.Additional prior experience in a logistics or sales function is beneficial.Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience.Zendesk experience desirable.Excel as a proficient communicator both verbally and in written form, ensuring clarity and coherence in all interactions.Your role in leading our success drivers & representing our unique mindset:Lead us to be "RARELY SATISFIED"Make things better each day; "PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION"Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that "DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE,"Deliver something great; "WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT"Be clear and honest, "COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT."
