Job DescriptionYour Role: As a member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be the driving force behind exceptional customer interactions across various channels, increasing sales and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop strong relationships with external customers and local branch account managersInfluencing sales to process orders and quotesOffering innovative solutionsProviding outstanding support to our valued customersAbout You: You must be a proven self-starter passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
You have a keen eye for increasing sales opportunities and have developed customer engagement with key and developing accounts while excelling in problem-solving, accuracy, efficiency, and effective communication.
Prior experience in steel, roofing, or fastening is a bonus but not required.
