Customer Experience Consultant - Fixed Term

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Experience Consultant to be part of our team. As we strive to achieve our ten-year strategy, there are a number of digital projects that need to be delivered in order to streamline our business processes and enable us to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We need an experienced and visionary Customer Experience Consultant to lead, shape, and support the delivery of the overall future state customer journey.The CX Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience initiatives and business processes to deliver a world-class customer experience and align business goals with customer expectations.This role will work closely with existing team members, coaching and mentoring the team and creating an internal centre of excellence. Additionally, this role will support the delivery of insurance sustainability initiatives, including product rationalization.The role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first approach to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our brand reputation.About the CompanyUniMed is a not-for-profit, member-focused organization specializing in health and wellbeing services, including workplace health insurance.
