The Role
In this role, you'll provide training, coaching and support to our Customer Experience Reps, enabling them to deliver exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, have genuine conversations, and provide value-add support.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Running the induction training with new starters
Completing needs analysis to identify, develop and design training and learning solutions for both induction and seasonal training for the Customer Experience Centre
Using Quality Assurance tracking and reporting to design, and continually improve upon, best practice learning opportunities.
About You
We're looking for a candidate with proven coaching and influencing skills, who can easily bring the best out of others. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Confident and engaging facilitation and public speaking skills.
Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally from within a call centre environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Great computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Having MINDA Product knowledge will be an advantage.
