As an experienced marketer, your key focus will be to make a genuine difference for our community and environment.
Environment Canterbury is responsible for the delivery of public transport services across the Greater Christchurch and Timaru networks.
We have a major focus on the customer, which flows through all aspects of our operations.
This role is a vital part of our Customer Experience & Marketing team, ensuring we have the capability to achieve strong levels of growth in our patronage both in the short and long term.
You'll be an experienced marketer, with a proven record of focusing on the customer.
Your ability to take on a strategic marketing plan to lead delivery of assigned acquisition and retention activity, both in terms of campaigns and customer-centric improvements to services.
You'll bring the following experience, skills and attributes: Excellent marketing nous, honed from a proven track record in the discipline The ability to identify and implement improvements to customer experience, across various touchpoints and processes The ability to collaborate within and across teams to ensure we deliver and maintain strong relationships A history of delivering campaigns and other activations, with a 'can do' attitude and a strong team ethic.
