Hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 5 days a week, with all school holidays off.
Position Purpose: To enhance the customer experience for all our clients while ensuring internal workflow and administration are efficiently managed to deliver and exceed clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently respond to all new and existing incoming enquiries.Prepare quotations and gather necessary materials to meet clients' needs.Advise and educate clients on the best solutions based on their requirements.Follow up on all supplied sales quotations.Prepare internal paperwork upon receipt of orders.Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth transitions of orders.Communicate with clients regarding any unforeseen delays or issues.Respond to and resolve client complaints.Provide after-sales support as needed.Meet collective sales goals set by management.Collaborate on new and innovative ways to engage clients.Contribute to improving services, evaluating new systems, products, and solutions.Assist with marketing development and execution for new campaigns or as required.Compile reports related to product or customer activity as needed.Graphic Design would be a real advantage.
