About the Role In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Northpower's Electricity and Fibre networks. You'll provide exceptional support by promptly responding to enquiries over the phone, email, and in person, ensuring each customer has a seamless experience. As the primary contact for customer feedback, you'll handle issues efficiently, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:Working closely with internal teams and external service providers to align on customer needs and deliver a high level of serviceProactively updating customers on the progress of their requests, keeping them informed at every stepCoordinating with our legal partners around subdivision consents, ensuring that Northpower's requirements are accurately represented in legal documents In addition to your customer service duties, you'll have opportunities to suggest improvements to our processes and customer service practices, helping Northpower maintain its high standards in service delivery.
