The Role: They are currently looking to expand their Customer Engineer team and are looking for someone who has a Sales Engineering/Presales background but also someone who has been heavily involved in post-sales activities including deployment, support to customers & ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Experience: 5+ years in a Customer Engineer/ Sales Engineer/ Pre/Post-Sales position within Network Security/ Cyber Security Must have a strong background in consulting or being customer facing after a sale Experience collaborating with Sales to identify/qualify opportunities Deliver POC's Experience deploying solutions, troubleshooting, ensuring customer usage/understanding of the product & gathering crucial feedback from customers regarding the product What is in it for you?
