Customer Engagement Representative (CER) – 2B Connected Multiple Roles Available – Quick Start Dates Following Recruitment Process Location: Riccarton, Christchurch (Office-based)Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time hours available for the right candidate (25-37 hours per week)Hourly Rate: $25 per hourShifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pmImportant Information: As we approach the Christmas and New Year holiday period, there may be a business shutdown.

About Us: 2B Connected is a leading New Zealand-based outsource contact centre located in Riccarton, Christchurch.
We support a range of clients across various industries with exceptional customer care, lead generation, sales and market research, as well as tailored outsourced solutions.
The Role: We're expanding our team of Customer Engagement Representatives (CERs) to work on diverse projects across multiple industries.
This role includes managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each customer or business is provided with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer care across various client projects, adapting to the specific needs of each client.Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and conducting follow-ups.Appointment setting, sales and lead generation calling.Tailor service to align with client requirements and ensure quality service at all times.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Record customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed.Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.Interest in learning and growing within a dynamic customer service environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to different client and customer needs.Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, evolving setting.Competence with computer systems; CRM software experience is a plus but not essential.Exceptional attention to details and collaboration with the team you work alongside.
Position Details: Role Type: Fixed-term and permanent positions available.Working Hours: Roster between Monday to Sunday, within business hours of 8:30 am – 7:00 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am – 6:00 pm on weekends.Flexibility: Team members should be available for a rotating roster that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends to support work-life balance.How to Apply: If you're excited to join a varied and rewarding contact centre role, we'd love to hear from you!
