As a Customer Documentation Analyst, your primary objective is to provide specialised expertise in documentation, crucially supporting both project development and platform maintenance requirements.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing changes and updates to customer-facing documentation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integrating new information seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with platform teams to implement necessary documentation changes.
Rigorously test updates and facilitate their timely release.
Support the customer communications lead by developing and refining new documents.
Participate in the creation and approval process through mock-ups.
Contribute to the enhancement of communication strategies aligned with technical platform requirements.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to any IAG office locations in New Zealand.
Minimum Requirements: Experience working in a project environment.
Prior experience in technical document management.
Experience extracting data and/or documents from multiple systems and collating into a format that is accessible and useful to the business.
Experience working with brokers and in the commercial insurance space.
Business experience in the broker space.
Intermediate Excel & Word skills, experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Exceptional attention to detail and adept proofreading skills.
