Job Description About the role Reporting to the ITP Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the management of rolling 0 - 6 month horizon Demand Plan and the Facilitation of the ITP Demand Planning Process.
Responsibilities: Coordination and maintenance of the rolling 0 - 6 months Demand Plan (short term) for assigned Customer only, across numerous product categories (SKU's) Execution of ITP Demand Planning Process routines in partnership with supply planning, logistics, sales and other internal functions.
Contribution to the ITP Demand & Supply Handover Process incl.
detailing ongoing changes, RCA of Over and Under forecasting and Accuracy of Forecast being passed on to the supply team.
Execution of ongoing Root Cause Analysis to support Forecast Accuracy and Bias Improvements contributing towards our improved forecast accuracy KPI's.
Perform regular statistical modelling exercises to ensure the 0-6 month forecast remains up to date and relevant to customers and ongoing demand.
Perform Data Maintenance to ensure Master Data Accuracy across systems.
Ownership of Customer order Plan & Forecast Alignment Process in partnership with Sales, Supply and Logistics.
Facilitation of Weekly & Monthly Reporting routines.
About you Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role building end to end demand plans.
Experience working with statistical modelling and data accuracy (preferably within Operations/Supply but open to wider industry experience).
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to hold meetings with high level stakeholders.
Good negotiation skills.
Presentation skills (preferred).
Analytical approach to problem solving that incorporates business acumen.
Team player who can work with others on a daily basis.
Knowledge of JDA Planning Systems (Desirable).
Degree qualified (ideally in operations, supply chain or manufacturing).
