Joining our Albany based team, you will be providing close support and solutions to our customers to ensure their project requirements are fully satisfied through proactive planning, technical product knowledge and excellent communication.

Our Role Establishing and maintaining a robust partnership with our key civil contracts is crucial to your success in this role; from answering/provisioning customer enquiries/requests, managing stock inventory, coordinating deliveries and working closely inputting ordering into our system or showing customers around our showroom.
What You Will Bring to the Role:Confident communication written and verbal skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment, calm under pressure with assured problem-solving skills.
Always be two steps ahead - excellent time management with the ability to be proactive and prioritise appropriately.
Confident with computers and technology, ideally used to using order inputting systems or able to demonstrate experience with technology eg Microsoft suite.
