Your new team The Sales and BusinessDevelopment team are the channel between our customer and our internal keystakeholders in the business.Representatives for the Intellihub brand, we are responsible forensuring we represent our customer's voice, manage customer communications,introduce new products and services to market and maintain a strong focus onregulatory compliance.

Your new role The Customer Communications rolewill provide pivotal support across our business unit and the wider business.Through analysis and reporting, you will be enhancing our customer serviceperformance / experience, contributing to our business strategy and growthgoals.

Work collaborativelyacross the business to deliver on planned team activities such as customeronboarding, account billing, annual price reviews and compliance obligations.
Responsible formanagement of applicable in-boxes and other internal stakeholder reporting suchas project management, project office for sales team business reporting andBoard reporting.
Responsible forcompiling and sourcing information from internal stakeholders for our customerengagement reporting and delivering a professional and high-qualitypresentation for our senior customer contracts.
Lead internal customerreporting across various business functions to deliver a seamless andinformative analysis of customer and business reporting for stakeholders.
Responsible to shapeand deliver all external customer communications.
Responsible to workcollaboratively and liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver to customerand team requirements.
Contribute toachievement of company operational objectives and financial targets.
Facilitate or provideassistance to stakeholders as directed by the GM of Sales and BD.
About You Relevant tertiary qualification/s inCommunications, or similar, or equivalent experience.
Provenexperience in a customer service role.
Health and Safety focused.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organisational andprioritisation skills.
Ability to plan and manage your work environment todeliver results.
Intermediate to advanced capability to useMicrosoft software packages (excel, word, planner, PowerPoint). PreferablyVisio, Access, Power BI & MS project skills to effectively perform theduties of your position.
