Share best practices and insights with the team. - **Project Management**: Manage specific customer care projects, including tracking progress, analyzing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders. - **Feedback Loop**: Collect customer feedback, analyze trends, and collaborate with different departments to recommend service improvements or product changes. - **Training & Development**: Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Mentor new team members as needed. - **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
