Job Description:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Jade Software Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and effective communication and problem resolution. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and managing customer accounts. This is a part-time position based in Wellington, NZ, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support as needed

Requirements:- Independent and hardworking with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in problem-solving and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
