- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Supervalu's products and services to provide knowledgeable, relevant support to customers.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements to services or processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in the dedicated CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other customer service representatives, management, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution times.
- **Training and Leadership:** Provide guidance and support to new team members as needed, sharing best practices and fostering a welcoming environment.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions, maintaining the company's ethical standards.
### **Requirements** - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools; ability to learn new software quickly.
