We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our dynamic e-commerce contact centre team for a 3-month assignment at our Wiri location.

Assignment Details: Duration: 4th November 2024 – 2nd February 2025 Hours: 40 hours per week initially (Please note: working hours in January are reduced to 30 hours per week based on business needs).
Sundays to Thursdays, 7:00am – 3:30pm Training: 4th November to 22nd November, 9:00am – 5:00pm Location: Wiri, Auckland (Onsite only, no work-from-home options) Pay: $26.52 per hour + 8% holiday pay Parking: Secure onsite parking available Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective customer service to customer's enquiries, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
Manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve customer queries, ensuring accurate documentation.
Support the e-commerce side of the business, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
What you bring: Essential: At least 1 year of recent contact centre experience.
Genuine interest in interacting with people and helping their queries.
Typing and data entry skills (30WPM - 40WPM+), with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using contact centre based CRM systems.
Ability to work across different systems and platforms, with excellent multitasking skills.
Flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
