These are fantastic remote working positions that will allow you to connect directly with communities and customers across the country responding to queries and resolving problems. You'll be working in the heart of our organisation in the heart of your home!About the Role | Mo te TurangaWhether by phone or email, this team is a busy bunch - they work hard to achieve their goals as a group. They provide quality and efficient customer service within agreed targets for our customers. With high volumes of work, they are helping over 1000 kiwi's each day. There is never a dull moment and the work is highly satisfying.About You | MouAs a highly customer-focused individual, you should be process-oriented with a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask. As the work is remote, it is essential that you have contact centre experience and know your way around a computer so you can hit the ground running! Here's what else you'll need to succeed in the role:Internet - reliable high-speed broadband / wifiA smartphoneIdeally a private room with office desk to fit 2 screens and a chairA degree of technical knowledge and computer literacyGreat communication skills and the ability to build rapportCustomer Care operates Monday to Sunday from 5am - 11:30 pm and all shifts and hours will be discussed in the interview process.Start date will be 11th of November 2024, you will be required to work full time for the first 5 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am - 3:30pm for training then will move to your selected shift.We always put our customers first; they are at the heart of everything we do and this team is no exception.
