Job Description: Gentrack Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management at a mid-to-senior level. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.2. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.3. Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills.4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and success.7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members.8. Engage in strategic planning to set goals and KPIs for the customer care team, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 7+ years of experience in customer service management.3. Proven track record of success in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6.
