Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group.
This is a remote work position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer care Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in customer care or related field - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Planning and organizational skills Personality traits: passionate, resourceful Soft skills: planning, people management Benefits: - Dental insurance - Employee discounts - Medical coverage Working environment: At PNC Financial Services Group, we encourage autonomy and independence, trusting employees to excel in their roles.
