Job Description: Newmont Mining is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, New Zealand. This is a part-time position that requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in customer service. Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and workflows.3. Monitor customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions.5.
