Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
