We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team in Auckland.
We are looking for a self-motivated person, who can work autonomously, has good computer skills, and previous customer service/control room experience.
To succeed in this role, you are someone who knows what good customer service is and how to deliver it.
You will have an excellent phone manner with written and verbal skills to match; the ability to problem-solve and produce a quick solution will be key.
