Mo te Turanga | About the Role This is a great opportunity to join the team at either our BNZ Kerikeri or Whangarei branch.
Both are busy branches where you'll deal with a diverse range of customers, so there is plenty of opportunity to continue to develop your banking career.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm.
What are the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Engage with customers in a warm friendly manner, assisting with a variety of enquiries, and delivery Financial Health Checks.
Through conversations with customers, identify their goals and propose BNZ products and solutions to achieve the best outcomes.
Take care of all personal banking needs of our customers: unsecured lending, home lending, and insurances Assist, assess and complete personal and more complex lending for customers (only applicable for Banker levels 4-7.
Please note that if you are a current BNZ Banker and were successful in securing this position, you would remain at your current Banker level.

We are ideally looking for someone that is already an Customer Banking specialist, however also keen to hear from those who are calm under pressure, enjoy chatting to customers and are passionate about promoting products and services.
