THE ROLES:
Our Nelson Branch has 3 opportunities currently available:
2 fixed-term roles starting mid October 2024 and going through until 31 March 2025
1 permanent role, starting end of September, and on-going.
Each role is a full-time DUAL ROLE (Customer Ambassador/Car Groomer). You'll be busy providing exceptional customer service to our customers, as well as cleaning, washing and moving cars.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Upselling GO products and services.
Providing travel tips and exceptional service.
Handling contracts, vehicle check-outs and returns.
Cleaning and moving our fleet of vehicles along with completing safety checks.
Processing customer hire payments/daily balancing.
Managing customer and booking queries.
Problem solving when customers have issues on the road.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
At least 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and outstanding attention to detail.
Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, etc).
A restricted or full driver's licence.
Great attitude and to turn up to work on time, every time ready to GO .
To be able to work rostered shifts from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (may include weekend days).
