Curriculum Leader for Drama - commencing T1 2025An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced teacher to lead the subject ofDRAMA (2MUs)in the Performing Arts Department (Teacher in Charge of Drama). The ability to potentially also teachDanceand/orMusiccould be an advantage. This is a great opportunity to become part of our excellent Performing Arts leadership team, in a school with an outstanding reputation for the Performing Arts. You would be joining a supportive and extremely well-resourced department that strives for excellence in both curriculum and co-curricular ensembles.The successful applicant will have had experience with NCEA and the qualifications framework and be a confident Drama teacher. They will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to lead the Drama curriculum, including NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship Drama. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the curricular and co-curricular side of Drama.Please state all relevant experience in Drama and the performing arts, including any areas of specialism.Closing Date: 4pm Thursday 5 December 2024
