Job description: Passionate about Education? Help build the technical knowledge and expertise of the next generation of Chartered Accountants. Use your technical expertise to review and develop CA content and assessments in audit, risk, and assurance. Permanent, 4-day part-time role with WFH flexibility. Open to AU or NZ locations. Utilising leading-edge and emerging practices, you will be instrumental in giving candidates the skills and training to become successful Chartered Accountants.
ABOUT THE ROLE As an experienced educator, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a contemporary and relevant learning experience. You will work collaboratively within the Curriculum team to ensure that the Chartered Accountants program knowledge is aligned with the changing needs of the accounting profession.
Key responsibilities: Using your expertise, you will design and maintain learning content and assessments across the audit, risk, and assurance specialisation.
Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure that our CA program knowledge, skills, and attributes are relevant, reflected in the content, and assessed in line with the changing needs of the accounting profession.
Collaborate with contributing authors and technical reviewers.
ABOUT YOU You will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and open to collaborating. Key skills you bring to this role:
Professional experience in accounting, along with designing and developing learning materials for a variety of delivery methods.
Proven technical knowledge in audit, risk, and assurance (3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or business).
Passion for the future of accounting and an innovative mindset.
Combination of commercial experience and academic qualification in education highly regarded.
Must be a CA or member of a GAA body for the position.
The team you will join is dispersed across Australia and New Zealand.
