To achieve this, we require an equally talented Sales Manager and there's no better time than now. The Role Your mission is crystal-clear: take the lead in achieving CUPRA's vital sales goals. This involves achieving outstanding sales results and building formidable relationships with our CUPRA Garage Network and factory partner in Barcelona. You will be at the forefront of our growth and success. Your strong sales skills will support the General Manager in achieving the overall brand goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the CUPRA Garage Network to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall sales performance. About You  We're looking for an individual who is personally motivated, has the drive to constantly improve, and can work both autonomously and as part of a wider team. More importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be a big part of something very special in New Zealand. Demonstrated experience in delivering business results.
