About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Figleaf Limited. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistent food taste and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic Indian dishes, including tandoori and South Indian dishes.
Assist with food portioning and quality control.
Make gravies, sauces, and marinades for curries and other dishes.
Prepare food according to customer dietary requirements.
Ensure consistent food taste and presentation.
Check freshness of food and ingredients.
Keep stocks ready for service.
Preserve food in chiller and freezer.
Conduct training for Kitchen Hand and other support staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools and equipment.
