Position Overview : Job Title : CTP Specialist Work Arrangement : Hybrid role with onsite attendance as required after you have completed your 5 weeks of full-time training Shift Patterns : Part-time 30 hours per week Training : 5 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) before transitioning to the regular shift pattern Training Format : Combination of classroom and on-the-job training, including high support training Holiday Restrictions : No holidays approved while in training What you'll do: Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions to customer enquiries Handle CTP enquiries via telephone.
Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.
Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.
Qualifications & Skills : Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.
High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.
While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary.

Shift Patterns : Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday Start Window 08:00-10:00 'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
As these are work at home roles you will need: A home phone line installed in the working room, internet connection, second screen and a home office set up.
(Laptop provided) To live within a distance where you're willing and able to travel to our Gisborne Office as required Training There will be 5 weeks full time training from the Wednesday 20th November , Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm, onsite in our Gisborne office.
