If you think you are up to the task to help our customers protect their today and tomorrow, please read on!Position Overview:Job Title: CTP SpecialistWork Arrangement: Hybrid role with onsite attendance as required after you have completed your 5 weeks of full-time trainingShift Patterns: Part-time 30 hours per weekTraining: 5 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) before transitioning to the regular shift patternTraining Format: Combination of classroom and on-the-job training, including high support trainingHoliday Restrictions: No holidays approved while in trainingWhat you'll do:Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions to customer enquiriesHandle CTP enquiries via telephone.Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.Qualifications & Skills:Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.Shift Patterns:Monday, Tuesday, Friday & SaturdayStart Window 08:00-10:00'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
