We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager for the Crusaders rugby team to ensure the team's ongoing success both on and off the field. Reporting to the General Manager Professional Rugby, the Team Manager is a key leadership position within the Crusaders Limited Partnership and is expected to provide strong leadership and strategic direction to drive the team toward achieving its goals and objectives. As the Team Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Crusader Head Coach, assistant coaches, and support staff to manage all aspects of team operations. Additionally, you will offer support and guidance to managers of other open grade representative teams within the Crusaders Limited Partnership. The successful applicant will have proven experience operating in a high performance team environment, excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills. A background in sport administration, a relevant sports management qualification, and an understanding of the game of rugby and its demands at a professional level is highly advantageous.
