Cruise Customer Service Assistants

About the roleThe customer service team will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth passenger exchange between cruise vessels and the port's main gate, enhancing the overall passenger experience.
The employment will be on a casual, as-needed basis.
Main duties and responsibilities include: · Checking ID credentials of all passengers, ship's crew and cruise related port users accessing the port · Overseeing wharf entry/exit points for dedicated traffic control and to prevent unauthorised access to the cruise wharf · Assist with access, traffic and crowd control and support the implementation of agreed traffic management plans · Supporting and contributing to a safety culture Check out the cruise schedule for this season on the Napier Port website
