We are a special character school guided by the teaching philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. We became a full composite school up to Year 13 a few years ago and are steadily growing our high school. We have small class ratios and a supportive parent body.Our approach is characterised by its focus on the wellbeing of the whole child – emotionally, physically, and cognitively. The curriculum follows Steiner's model of child development and incorporates a wealth of creative, artistic, and practical elements alongside more traditional subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and science.We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic teacher to work in our high school. The high school offers the New Zealand Certificate of Steiner Education (NZCSE) qualifications at Levels 1, 2, and 3.The successful candidate should preferably have experience working with students across different levels, ideally in a Waldorf School. There is the possibility to assist with obtaining a LAT, if appropriate.
