Crop Management Specialist Job In New Zealand

Penergetic New Zealand is currently looking for a crop management specialist to join their team in North Island, New Zealand.
The ideal candidate is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to farmers on the effective use of Penergetic products.
Our organization, Penergetic New Zealand, focuses on soil, plants, compost, and animal and water products for clients.
The candidate should have the ability to assess farm conditions and recommend appropriate products and solutions to optimize soil health, plant growth, and overall crop and animal performance.
This contract-based position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in agricultural science.
Qualification for Crop Management Specialist: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agribusiness, commerce, or environmental science.
Previous experience in farming or agribusiness is highly valued.
Must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with organic farming practices and bio-stimulant additives is preferred.
Responsibilities for Crop Management Specialist: The candidate is responsible for advising farmers on crop and livestock production, including nutrient management and sustainable farming practices.
Ability to develop farm management plans to optimize productivity and environmental sustainability.
Conduct field assessments and experiments to improve farm operations.
Provide training and support to farm staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients.
