Our organization, Penergetic New Zealand, focuses on soil, plants, compost, and animal and water products for clients. The candidate should have the ability to assess farm conditions and recommend appropriate products and solutions to optimize soil health, plant growth, and overall crop and animal performance. This contract-based position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in agricultural science.
Qualification for Crop Management Specialist:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agribusiness, commerce, or environmental science.
Previous experience in farming or agribusiness is highly valued.
Must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with organic farming practices and bio-stimulant additives is preferred.
