This is a full time role based in our Wellington office.We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, enabling you to enjoy some work from home, ensuring we achieve work-life balance and individual preferences.Your day-to-day...Work alongside the CRM team to deliver highly targeted, personalised and automated marketing campaignsMonitor and use data analytics (MarTech) to create an excellent customer experience and personalised direct marketing campaignsBuild and execute journeys, campaigns, and audience segments for customer marketing programs, such as Salesforce Marketing CloudCreate relevant content for Push, SMS, Email & Notification Centre communicationsPresent key performance results and convey value in campaigns and programs to teams across the businessCollaborate with the team to optimise the weekly schedule in alignment with sports, racing events, and business goalsYou're a match if you ideally have...1-2 years' experience in a digital direct marketing and CRM capacityRelevant qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is desirableConfidence using email and mobile marketing, multi-channel campaign management, and customer segmentationSolid experience in utilising data to identify customer trends and produce business insightMarketing Automation system experience (i.e.
