As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our restaurant's daily operations during mid-shift hours from 11 am - 7 pm. Your role will involve delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment, and working collaboratively with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of high-quality menu items, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, including equipment, serving areas, and dining spaces.Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurate and complete before serving them to customers.Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with your team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.Adherence to Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.A positive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.Good communication skills and a strong team player.Availability to work mid-shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
