Whowould suit this role?
If youenjoy helping people solve problems, havegreat composure, and can remaincalm under pressure then this may be a suitable role for you.We'relooking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can make decisions onrepayment arrangements that will help our customers.
Whatdoes this role entail?
Making and receiving phonecalls to assist customers with outstanding accounts
Communicating with customersvia email regarding account resolution
Identifying customer issuesand develop resolution plans, ensuring a high level of customer experience
Flexible scheduling withinoffice hours (8:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday), occasionally workinguntil 7 pm for support needs
Whatdo we need from you?
Customer service or financebackground beneficial, but not essential
Proficiency in computer andbasic data entry skills
Legal eligibility to work inNZ as per NZ Immigration requirements
