Who would suit this role?
If you enjoy helping people solve problems, have great composure, and can remain calm under pressure, then this may be a suitable role for you.
We're looking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can make decisions on repayment arrangements that will help our customers.
What does this role entail?
Making and receiving phone calls to assist customers with outstanding accounts.
Communicating with customers via email regarding account resolution.
Identifying customer issues and developing resolution plans, ensuring a high level of customer experience.
Flexible scheduling within office hours (8:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday), occasionally working until 7 pm for support needs.
What do we need from you?
Customer service or finance background beneficial, but not essential.
Proficiency in computer and basic data entry skills.
Legal eligibility to work in NZ as per NZ Immigration requirements.
