This is a highly regarded role within the bank and a great opportunity to show us what you are made of.
We have a number of internal Credit Solutions Officers that have recently been promoted to other areas of the bank, so we are recruiting for multiple positions.
Our Credit Solutions Officers ensure the repayment of accounts which are in arrears by negotiating acceptable repayment arrangements with our customers.
You will provide world-class customer service to our internal and external customers, delivering a high level of support, listening, and empathizing with our customers to achieve the desired outcome for the customer and ASB.
Adhere to our Assurance call model.Support the team by engaging, problem-solving, sharing best practices, and influencing within team engagements.Challenge our current process with a mindset of delivering great customer outcomes for all customers.Be familiar with and comply with all organizational policies and procedures.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau?
