As part of our Credit Control team and wider Risk team, you'll be responsible for assisting both our customer and banking network teams to minimise non-performing loans and mitigate loan losses through proactive management and rehabilitation of overdue accounts.  You'll need to provide exceptional customer service and have clear communication skills to be successful in this position. You will be expected to think and act quickly, find solutions, and confidently negotiate arrangements that benefit both the bank and our customers. In this role you could be based anywhere in New Zealand where there is a Co-op branch or office.  You'll bring the following experience to the table:   Previous experience in a Credit or Credit controlled focussed work unit  Knowledge of lending and/or credit control policies, systems and procedures Ability to problem-solve together with developing and implementing effective solutions Have excellent communication skills that allow you to engage effectively with various stakeholders What's in it for you?   Not only will you be helping every day Kiwi's achieve their goals, you'll get to experience the Co-operative difference.
