This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your key focus will be to contact shareholders and customers who are overdue on their account as per the requirements of the Farmland's Credit Control Policy, providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and carrying our any other duties that may reasonably be expected in support of Farmlands.
You'll concentrate on: Assisting with collection of overdue accounts within Farmlands Accurately gathering and recording of data Reviewing and following up of repayment schedules Reviewing daily reports to help monitor debtor spending Farmlands is building a forward looking and agile business and your role will play a critical part in delivery of these goals by improving productivity capability across our branch network.
Mohou ake | About you We're looking for an individual who builds strong working relationships internally and externally, who is an effective communicator, confident at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure.
Your proven experience in credit control will allow you to navigate ambiguous situations and successfully negotiate solutions.
