We have built our longevity on customer service excellence, great teamwork, honesty, integrity, and building rapport with our customers.We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in Papakura.This role is responsible for managing the overdue loans and implementing the organisation's policy and procedures on credit and collection activities.About you:Minimum of one year in a credit or related role involving collections and knowledge of credit control procedures.Experience in the finance industry sector preferred.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of overall credit management policies and evaluate current systems and procedures.Maintain accurate records of customer credit and collection activities.Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities.Make recommendations relating to the provisions to be made for bad debts.Liaise with other credit controllers and the recovery team to contribute to effective cash flow management.Why us?Inclusive and supporting team environment.National networkOpportunities to learn and develop.If this sounds like a role you'd be keen on, you'll be joining an organisation that has a strong identity and is proud of providing outstanding customer service for 53 years.Applications close on 21 August 2024, or on appointment.
