Credit Assessment Administrator Your role To provide general administration support to the team and respond to customer enquiries through various communication methods.
What you'll be doing About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Assessment Administrator to join the credit team. Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the team and responding to customer queries through various communication methods.
Some other key duties and responsibilities may include:
Completing and managing the customers business name registration updates Reviewing existing customer accounts to extend line of credit Reviewing financial statements and provide your view and recommendations Monitoring the Credit Assessment inboxes and respond to customer queries in a timely manner About You This opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in administration support. Previous experience in a credit assessment environment or accounts receivable role will be a great advantage. Must have experience using Excel or other finance systems. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently if required. The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude!
