This role is responsible for managing our Creative Studio and all related equipment to support studio learning and media creation, whether working with the green screen or out and around the school.
This includes media shoots, live production recording, editing and post-production of audio-visual content.
The manager supervises students and groups and provides learning opportunities for both students and staff on equipment and processes.
This role also supports the creation of media content for the school's communications and marketing team.
Reporting to the Director of Business Services, the hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm during term time, with some requirements to work after hours at events and productions and working an additional week each term break for planning and projects.
This role requires someone who has: Experience as an audio-visual technician and video maker Knowledge of cameras and camera equipment Experience with relevant software for video editing and live streaming e.g.
Adobe, Camtasia, Vimeo A qualification to fly videography drones in designated areas Exceptional organisation and administrative skills Experience and desire to work with children and youth Great sense of humour!
