The Hired Guns are seeking a talented Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management processes at an award-winning global e-learning platform. Globally recognized as one of the most innovative education companies in the world, this leading e-learning platform is looking for a creative and technical-minded Project Manager to work as a liaison between the creative, marketing, and product teams. This is a brand new role and the first project management hire within their creative services team (i.e. they're eager to have a highly skilled project manager swoop in and tell them what to do!) You will have the ability to create new workflows while helping the creative, marketing, and product teams work more efficiently together. Side note – this team is about to go through a massive rebrand, and they're experimenting with new campaigns and bringing much of their creative work in-house. It's definitely a great time to join the team! Why You? How you'll know if you're a fit… You have extensive experience as a Project Manager working within or alongside marketing and creative teams. You're equal parts technical and creative with the ability to organize, adapt, and handle multiple projects at the same time. Experience with A/B testing, CRM, social, digital, offline, and partnership projects are must-haves. Expert working knowledge with project management software tools (such as Trello, Jira, Monday, Asana or similar) is a must. Plus, you can coordinate, manage, and prioritize multiple creative projects and campaigns involving numerous internal and external stakeholders from concept through to implementation. You have a natural ability to influence teammates who have different perspectives and work experiences. You have a get-things-done, go-getter attitude and a positive, hands-on mentality.
