Our client, a social-first agency based in Melbourne, is looking for a Creative Lead for the recently established Auckland office.
Someone who stands out from the crowd and is ready to create, roll out and manage engaging content for all key ANZ clients across the various social channels – specifically TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
Who are you?
You're a Creative Lead who is all over capturing and creating content within social platforms.
You're quick to test out new platforms and features, developing creative and engaging content.
If you have senior-level experience ideating creative and can deliver on client's commercial and communication goals, this is the role for you.
Make no mistake this is a pivotal role that requires a highly creative and driven person.
For example, you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, capturing, and editing bespoke TikTok content campaigns from brief through to final delivery.
You will have extensive knowledge of all forms of creative (photography, video, design, illustration, copy, etc.)
and be a channel expert on TikTok, identifying trends and changes to user preferences on TikTok as they happen.

The breakdown We are looking for someone with: Min 5 years agency experience in advertising, media, social or production.
An established career where a good proportion of it has been immersed in social media, content creation, brand, campaigns and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities are: Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of branded TikTok video content, both paid and organic.
Brainstorm innovative content ideas that capture attention and increase engagement Ideating on-brand TikTok video content; developing scripts and concepts Confidence to lead video shoots and capture video content with short production timelines.
Capturing and editing content both in-app and on Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro Develop performance reports to shape future optimisation of content.
Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of Social Media programs, both paid and organic Experience creating engaging video content that stops thumbs from scrolling.
